Seemingly a Volkswagen advertisement about a suicide bomber. In exceptionally poor taste and inevitably leads to idiotic comments like those of robclor2005. Fortunately, this ad doesn't seem to have been sanctioned by Volkswagen: read the comment in The Guardian.
